The TAVO is a great option for parents looking to save money. However it's not the ideal option if you need a reversible or bassinet seat. It can only be positioned in one direction, and it doesn't have any accessories like a bassinet stand or rain cover. If you're looking to add a little more then the MIXX Next is a better choice since it can accommodate all of these items.

The seats that are padded in this stroller are well-designed for comfort. The recline has four preset positions and is simple to use. The foot rest can also be adjusted to make the ride more comfortable for the passengers. The canopy is large and ideal for parents who want to shield their children from the sun. It's rated SPF 50+ and has a pop-out-visor. two mesh peekaboo windows and an adjustable flap cover.
The fabrics of the UPPAbaby V2 are machine-washable. This is important as it helps extend the lifespan of your stroller, so you can enjoy many years of use out of it. It is also simpler to clean up messes like juice or food spills, rather than having to scrub away stubborn stains.
The latest tires from UPPAbaby are more hefty and soft and result in more comfortable riding. They can withstand rough terrain and limit vibrations while rolling through the city. The brakes are single-action and easy to use, with tiny pedals with color codes that are friendly for any type of footwear.

3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is a great option for parents who need an additional stroller that grows with their family. It's classified as a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" It comes with more than 20 different configurations for use with different seats, cots and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are sold separately).
The Cybex Gazelle is easy to move and light which makes it perfect for parents who enjoy exploring. It has a big storage basket as well as a variety of attachments so parents can carry their groceries or even light shopping. It's a little more expensive than other 2 in 1 car seat stroller in one prams but it's well worth the investment because the quality and performance are top of the line.
The stroller comes with a one-pull harness to make securing your child's seat easy. It also comes with sun canopy with XXL removable panels as well as peek-a-boo windows. It has a convenient tray for parents to store their snacks, drinks and phones. The telescopic handlebar can be adjusted to suit the height of parents and the brake is easily accessible, making it safe for children to operate.
Our mum tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. She found it very easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was slick. The large shopping basket and comfortable footrests that are ergonomically designed made her feel comfortable. She also liked the fact that the hood and handlebar fabrics were machine washable which is important for parents with busy schedules!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A minimalist frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a large storage bin. It is among the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs 24 lbs without attachments for infant car seats which is light for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than both the UPPAbaby v2 double as well as the Thule Urban Glide pushchair pram 2 in 1 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is easy to use. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It does not have a canopy built-in therefore you will need to provide your own sunshades for your children if they want additional protection from the elements.
In our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that handled well. It's able to navigate most terrains easily, but it can be difficult to maneuver over grassy areas and gravel. It can be difficult to steer it up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. We do not recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a problem twin frame strollers often have however Joovy offers a separate baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this problem.
Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage however, we'd prefer a stroller with a bit more versatility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a plus, though it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored well for maneuverability, a key quality for parents who are looking for a stroller for travel that can fit in smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic product and does not have the features other strollers we tested offer like a big storage basket or a wide recline. It is a great option for families on a limited budget or for those who require a second stroller for occasional use such as for trips to the zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its compact frame, swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pads ensure an easy ride. It's comfortable for all passengers thanks to its multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for the parent.
It also comes with a large European-style canopy that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection against light wind. It also has two storage bags as well as a five-point harness to ensure security.
