Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions can be a great way to get gear, weapons and more. However, they can be difficult to complete.

Join a band of fighters who want money and pardons by helping them release generals captured in this Jackie Chan-inspired video slot. Earn up to 50,000x your bet per line.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a special slot that lets you carry pistols into an operation. Some players use this to aid in achieving certain goals and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Others prefer to have the extra pistol as an additional gap. It's important to note that in order to choose the pistols for this slot you must click on the button for the appropriate category for example, machine guns in the alternate slot. The presence of Major Expedition and Adept Rider active makes this much simpler. This combo can also trigger an attack tick from the concealed Weapon every 10 seconds for as long as it is placed in.

Slot for items being smuggled

The smuggled item slot is a good feature for allowing players to bring tools and weapons, however it could benefit from a more streamlined option. It's currently shaped like the shape of a pistol, making it difficult to differentiate the smuggled weapon slot from other gear slots.

The smuggle fruit slots (view website) can be used to store a variety of items - from concussion devices to explosives for weapons to more subtle concussions. These items can be found in hidden locations throughout the map. They can be picked up at anytime. Smuggled items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that hide only small objects within scenery and objects directly.

Mission planning is a feature that is available in short-term missions that allow players to discover different starting locations equipment, smuggled items, and slots ahead of their entry into the map. As players progress through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these options for planning expand. This gives players the ability to create the perfect mission for every challenge.

Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will notice that their gear slots fill up, leading to the dreaded "Your Gear Slots are full" message that prevents Max from picking new slots equipment until old items are cleared or more space is found. The solution is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for fulfilling challenge missions. Because many of these challenges can be overlooked and are scattered around the globe, it could take a while to get the maximum number inventory slots in the game.

Each player has up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. They must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to breaking in. Each gear item (except the Pistol) takes up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like Grenades of the same type) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Agency pick-ups

As you progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups that are on the map. These locations allow you to store an item that does not fit into your concealed slot for gear or weapon and then retrieve it later.

These pickups can be very useful if your mission requires you to go through a frisk, or if you have a weapon with you that could raise suspicion. But, you are only able to hide one item per game at a location that is a pickup for the agency.

This DLC also includes new security and asset protection contracts to the agency. Talk to the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and armor. Once you have reached the marker for your mission you can identify a crowd at the time you arrive.
