Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile, multi-purpose stroller. It can be transformed from a single stroller to double strollers by adding a second seat (sold separately) or glider board. It can also be set up to create a triple-travel system by adding the bench seat or an infant car seat. In all, it offers 24 configurations and is a top stroller overall. This model is constructed with Baby Jogger's soft, breathable and sustainably sourced TENCEL fabrics. They aid in regulating the temperature. It has a premium leatherette handlebar as well as a bumper bar, and comes with an abdominal bar. It is 20percent smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller on the market, the UPPAbaby V2.

It has a moderate-sized shade and an e-snap-aboo window which is easy to close or open. The telescoping handlebar is one of the simplest to adjust and works well for parents of all heights. The seats recline and have a footwell adjustment knob to allow you to place your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is spacious with plenty of room, but we would have preferred an easier latch. The bin is easy to open, but the zippers can be difficult to use because they must be unfastened and then put back in place after each use.

The City Select, like its counterparts, has single-action brakes that are easy to install and release by pulling a lever on the frame side lower than the handlebar. It is suitable for sandals and barefoot and a step up from the awkward brake levers that other competitors use.

This is the only stroller in our review that is able to accept two infant car seats making it an ideal option for twins or for parents with one kiddo and a new baby on the way. It can be used to fit most infant car seats from major brands using an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a great option for families that already own a car seat, but want a stroller which can accommodate it. However, you may prefer a convertible stroller in this instance.
